Rent our beautiful 4 bedroom home that sleeps 10-12 people. The 4th bedroom is a Great Room and can be used as a dorm/meeting room. The home is spacious, airy, light filled and a two-minute walk to Kealakekua Bay.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Main floor: master bedroom with queen; 2nd bedroom with king;
- 3rd bedroom with double
- Upstairs: 4th bedroom/great room: queen bed, queen futon, twin bed (very spacious room)
- Sleeping mats are also available if there are additional guests
(ask me about arrangements for additional guests)
The standard rate shown is for 10 guests.
Each additional guest would be $25/day.
$2,800 per week plus Tax 14%
and cleaning $300 for 4 full bedrooms

Thanksgiving week and Christmas/New Year's Holiday week:
- $3500/week for 10 guests.
- Each additional guest would be $25/day
Deposit required to hold reservation, and final billing to be paid 60 days in advance to retain booking.
Security Deposit
There is a $500 security deposit due one month prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded the day after the check out providing care was taken to the premises.
- When you leave a credit card on file, the deposit is not necessary.
- There is No Sub-Letting of the property. Workshops, Seminars, all groups of unrelated guests, each guest must fill out responsibility forms. Group leaders must insure the responsibility of their guests.

Cancellation Policy
- Fully Paid Reservations with cancellation with more than 60 days notice will result in refund of monies paid, minus 15% cancellation and deposit fee.
- Cancellations with less than 60 days notice, refunds less deposit, will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates.
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
